​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Placing an order is easy. You can either come into our store, call us with your order over the phone or place an order online by going through our "Shop" button.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns may be costly, please call us for product assistance.

  • Please include a copy of your invoice. 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any unopened (unused) products except bedbug mattress, furniture encasements, bedbug mattress liners, and bedbug inspection suits. We cannot accept returns on these bedbug items. Please measure your bed or furniture carefully before purchasing these items.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Any item damaged during transit follows the 30-day return policy. Please inspect all items carefully after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to our facility.

  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment (Paypal).

  • We recommend sending returns to us with an insured receipt for your protection.

All shipping will be done through USPS and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available.

You can also come into the store for pick-up.

We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any international addresses.

 

Orders are shipped within 3 business days unless notified otherwise for expedited shipping.

Is there anything I can do about mosquitos?

 

Bifen I/T is the best product you will ever buy. It comes in multiple sizes depending on the size of the area you need to treat. Our employees will be happy to help you with instructions on how to mix this properly.

 

You will spray around your yard, any standing water, around doors and windows. You will have to retreat every few weeks or after a hard rain. Please be sure to keep animals and children away from the treated area until it has had sufficient time to dry.

How can I get rid of cockroaches?

 

The 3 best options for getting rid of German Roaches (big roaches) are:

Can I just come into the store with my questions?

 

We love having visitors in our store. We offer a free bottle of water for anyone who comes thru our doors. This is a family owned and operated store. Most often you will see Robert or Bonnie, the husband and wife owners. If they are not there you will meet Adam or Jason (2 of their sons).
